MLR Identity Check
Our existing Identity check is still here and still available but it's in its 2.0 attire now. It's now known as KYC Standard and gives you 2 options. You can continue to enter the details yourself as you have done for the last 15 years, or you can enter the name and email address and reference and send it to your customer to fill out their address, national insurance etc. A simple solution at a single unit price of £3.99+VAT - discounts available for bulk purchases
ACSP & KYC Services
The Authorised Corporate Service Provider is what many accountants have had to register as in order to submit to Companies House. Our ACSP ID Check will send an email to your client and take them through a journey to take a photo of an approved ACSP document (Passport or Driving Licence for example), and take a selfie, provide their address and optionally scan the chip in a biometric passport for the ID Check. The KYC service (KYC Premium) provides similar functionality without the biometric chip scan and accepts a wider range of documents. PEP and Sanction Monitoring
With any check, you can now opt for ongoing 12 months PEP and Sanction monitoring, so you can get notified by email if something changes. All for a single unit price of £1.99+VAT - discounts available for bulk purchases
Carrying on as if nothing has changed

In order to replicate the same system that you are used to, when you choose to start a new check, choose the KYC Standard option.
If you are carrying out a KYC Standard, you will see an option for Manual Entry. This is set to On by default allowing you to enter the details just like the old system. If you set it to off then we will be sending an email to the data subject advising that your company is asking them to enter the details for an ID Check. If you are in Manual Entry mode, then the email is no longer mandatory, however if you include it, it will be output on the PDF report so that you have a reference to their email on the report itself.
Just to confirm, in Manual Entry mode, we will NOT send an email to your client. This basically replicates the old system, so if you'd prefer to manage things like that then you can carry on as if nothing has changed.
If you carry out the ACSP Premium, KYC Premium or KYC International, because they involve taking photo's of the data subject and their ID, those options do not allow you to enter details

Multi purchase
Now, instead of paying one at a time for each check, you can buy in advance as many as you want. The more you purchase, the cheaper they get. The benefit is that a card holder can add credits to the account periodically and a staff member can carry out the checks without needing payment details

Stripe Upgrade
Our stripe system has been upgraded so now you can pay by card, with Google Pay, with Apple Pay, direct from your bank, with Revolut and with Klarna which allows you to offset the payment of large sums if you want to get the most out of the pricing discounts.

Invoicing
Now invoicing is so much simpler because you get one invoice when you purchase bulk quantities not one invoice per check. Our credit history screen shows you when you've added credits and what they've been used on. You can filter by time period so you can see what you've done in a month for example to track usage
Coming Soon .... An API so you can integrate the id check service within your own customer journey - pass their name and email address into the system with the product details of choice and we can automatically send the email to them to do the ID check, and when the check is complete we can pass the PDF through to your site so you can have the PDF pulled into your system (you will need your own developers for this process)
